CLUB CODE OF CONDUCT
Welcome to our community! Here at the Greenwich Pokemon Card Club, we believe in creating an environment that is respectful, fair, and fun for all. Let's go through some simple guidelines to ensure we all have a fantastic time!
1. Respect and Fair Play
Every member is a valued part of our family. Treat each other with kindness and respect, always. We are all about fair play. Cheating or trying to gain an unfair advantage doesn't align with our values. We all follow the honor code here - and we know you will too.
2. Care for Our Resources
After using a Battle Academy Set, please clean up neatly. A little bit of care goes a long way in ensuring the next player has an enjoyable experience.
3. Keep the Noise Down
When matches are ongoing in the Battle Hall, let's keep our voices low to maintain a pleasant atmosphere. Feel free to watch and learn from others' matches - just remember to ask politely first!
4. Respect Others' Collections
It's always exciting to look at others' collections. Just make sure to ask before touching anyone's cards and never remove any cards from their binders.
5. Fair Trading
Trades should be fair and must be approved by a Sensei. This is a rule we take very seriously.
When trading with new players, offer them advice and help if you can. Remember, kindness is contagious!
6. Have Fun!
Above everything else, enjoy yourself! Our club is all about having fun first and learning second. New players are always welcome.
7. Keep Our Club Clean
Enjoy the pizza, but remember to clean up after yourself. Let's keep our club as neat as we found it.
8. Keep Track of Your Belongings
Make sure to take care of your cards and belongings. We want to make sure you leave with everything you came with - plus a few new cards!
